NPO VAT Recovery Services

PBO Registration
Non-profit organizations, that meets the requirements of the Income Tax Act of 1962, may apply to SARS for tax exemption as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO). Registering as a PBO will allow for the income received by the organisation from Donors to be exempt from income tax.
